Yep, that also works. The area immediately around Hood's place (like the block he lives on) is relatively quiet. Because he doesn't allow for trouble to brew on his doorstep. But the area of the city he lives in is pretty run down and crime-ridden. The Zamoskvoreche region of Moscow.
