He drew a breath to steady himself. He'd never felt more lost than in this moment.
"Yes," was all he replied. He held onto her as he had before and let his awareness pull him back to the location of his physical body. When he opened his eyes, they were in a desolate, permanently snow-covered landscape. A series of old buildings were nearby. It was obvious there was no other life. "There are no wolves here. Not in the dream nor awake. I can't sense them anywhere in the world. It's like we left Earth itself."
"I've been all over the interior of those buildings. I can't find any clue as to our actual location. There are no communication devices that aren't decades broken. No maps. No hints of anything. All we know is we went into the lake, found a bizarre cave full of equipment, and when we came out, it was to a completely different world." He pointed toward a nearby cliff. "We exited a cave from that direction, and found these buildings. But the cave was full of lava and heat, volcanic sourced I imagine."
He stretched his senses again, seeking the wolves, but nothing. It was remarkable that Sierra heard him at all. Perhaps their connection was far deeper than he ever imagined before.
"Don’t waste your time looking back, you’re not going that way."

Sierra looked the cold frigid area. "This is where you are? Is Thalia okay too?" Sierra thought to ask a second later. It was not that she didn't care about the other woman, but she wasn't pack. She was barely someone they knew. Tristan had met her in a a dream. But Sierra pushed the thoughts away. There were more important things to do.
"There is no cold here in the dream. I can look until I find where you are. And send help." Sierra looked around. "How long do you think you got?"

He turned in a circle. It was hard to believe. In a way it reminded him of Iceland, but it was completely different also.
"Days, maybe. I'm less concerned about food and more concerned about staying warm. My body is injured. Thalia seems okay, but she is shook up. I admit, we both are."

Sierra nodded. It made sense. "There are two of you, that should help. And fire. Do you know how to make one?" It wasn't something that had come up, they had limited resources. And while Sierra hadn't thought to put any of it to use since leaving the bunker her training there would come in handy now.
Sierra started giving Tristan instructions on how to stay warm in the cold. She'd utilized similiar techniques when staying with wolves outside of Moscow and in Sibera when snapping photos during the cold months. "I don't know what you have available. Do you remember anything that could be used. You'll want to stay together." She rattled off a few more facts that may or may not be useful.
She looked up at Tristan "I'll bring help. Do you think you got this?"

Under different circumstances, he might have thought her instructions to be sweet. But he just listened to her explain the basics of survival. A boy raised without electricity in the most desolate of the Westfjords. He thought back to using the boiled stones to warm their blankets, and Thalia's abilities to warm the air.
"As long as I find things to burn, we will have fire," he said. "How do you think you can find out where we are? It's not like the dream has GPS."

Sierra smiled. "I just need bearings, Tristan. Find the nearest settlement and then we can send help. Time and distance don't matter here. I will find you help?" Sierra nodded "And I got help. We'll find you." She knew it was a long shot. Knew it was all she could do, she couldn't help him really. But she could find him, send people to him. Though finding him wasn't the problem. Getting people to believe her -- that was going to be the challenge. But she wouldn't tell Tristan that. She would be optimistic. She had to be. She couldn't lose him.

Her confidence was reassuring, and he relaxed a hair's breadth. "My body must sleep. It's been a difficult few days. I will find you next time I sleep. Share what we each have learned. Together, we can find a way out." He hugged her again, sniffing the confidence radiating from her. "You mentioned a storm. Are you alright?"

Sierra hugged him back, tightly holding him close. "I'm fine. I promise. You rest. We'll meet here?" Sierra gave him a tighter hug, she didn't want to let him go but she had to find him.
"Never, go find Tenzin." The little pup had been dancing around exicitedly once he realized Sierra had found him, he'd come immediately. They could find them. they would enlist the help of the wolves too. They could do this in the dream. They'd find how to find them. Find some landmark something more to know where they are.

"Meet here," he agreed. After a few moments, he disappeared as he returned to full sleep.

Sierra took a long leap to the east. She'd find something.

Never ran back to find Tenzin. He sent images to her that indicated Long Eye found Sunfire and he needed help. All the help!
