Maksims' theme song is Shawn James' The Curse of the Fold. 
'the Fold' references folding your hand in poker when you have nothing to play (for good or for ill). 

The song is about not giving up when shit hits the fan. Not giving in to the pressures of society and following your own path even when told you shouldn't. Which is the central theme of his character. Replace the pressures of society with those of his father. Not giving up. Staying true to your path and your desires despite the constant message to fold. The music video frames it against the trauma of war and veterans, but the theme is the same.

We'll see how long he manages to walk his own path before giving in.
