Finding the Truth
#2
Even though the Ascendancy was fine. Bryan knew better. Something fishy was going on. He would find out.

Sitting safely in Sage's server room Bryan began the assault on the Kremlin's firewalls. It had been two days since the Ascendancy recovered. Sage was gone to Moscow. Bryan had enjoyed learning all the secrets Sage had hidden behind the locked door. It had taken him that time to work up to doing this...

And now, he was typing faster than he had ever before. He knew he wouldn't have long to infiltrate their system before someone found him...But he would maintain Phaser's legacy and he'd find the truth!

But was Bryan found odd was that there were several process running on the server that seemed he found familiar. They periodically sent him a message asking him if they could do anything for him. He recognized the handles as hackers, but he saw them coming from programs inside the server. What was Sage up to?

One particular handle popped up, p0l73r63157, poltergeist was one of Phaser's go to collective members - asking how can I help you?

Bryan replied. 'I'm hacking the Kremlin in Moscow - assist me.'

Geist replied. 'That sounds more like it!' and then the communication ended... Bryan's curiosity was peaked but the second attack commenced and Bryan smiled. He would have the whole collective working it. Each time someone asked how he could help he sent the same message... There were at least eight different hackers attacking the Kremlin's firewalls simultaneously. They would get in.
