The goal:
Atharim, especially special pc atharim with magical abilities, can register and then go about normal life. It is hoped that Domovoi will grow and the atharim experience in huntin monsters will be needed and depended on.
Atharim not down with killing kids just because they spark (and who dont like the direction Regus has taken them) can still hunt monsters.
