Anna decided to do some rolls too. "Evelyn is in the room, but is more focused on her clients health. Still she is a curious person, so even if she looks otherwise, she is listening. I want to know if she hears something that catches her ear."
Anna nods. "Okay simple enough. How so though. Magic would catch her attention, as would things that remind her of her time in Korea and the Philippines. Let's see if we can figure out what catches her ear."
Anna thinks for a moment. "Evelyn hears him mention a rancid smell and he describes a pattern she recognizes based on ammunition used during the war. Evelyn will speak to Mick, although her eyes are on the patient. She feels his head for fever and says, "That smell often accompanied the use of incendiary rounds. They weren't used on people much during the war, but we treated wounds that smelled like often. The only other thing that would cause that odor is necrosis, but that is going to take time to develop. It wouldn't happen instantaneously."
