Tatyana held Kenzie and carried her down the stairs. She felt responsible for the girl in her arms. Something that she never felt she'd feel for anyone else. She didn't think they blamed her for what Kenzie did. It could be argued that it wasn't really Kenzie's fault either. She was hurting and she needed help. They were going to get it for her. It was the second time they had mentioned Second Chances to her. Tatyana knew that the twins were going to go away. That would hurt her, and Liv was right. She wouldn't like it, but it would be best for the girls.
"Thank you," she said to Liv. They were going to help her get sober. Tatyana didn't think she could do it alone. She still really didn't know what she was going to do. She just knew it wasn't going to be easy or fun. "That means I'm going to really need to find out how to break my block. Sky - please ask Hayden to talk with me - when he's not so mad."
She took her down to the bedroom and entered, laying Kenzie down on the bed. She put the laptop on the bedside table and put a blanket over Kenzie. Laying down and resting always helped. Tatyana stroked her hair for a bit. "I know it hurts - I wish I could take the pain away for you." she said, not sure if Kenzie was listening or not. She wasn't even sure if Kenzie liked her anymore either. That would hurt too - moreso than her leaving, but Tatyana couldn't help it. Kenzie and Maddie meant more to her than anything.
