Cade nodded, that is a good reason to both do it and to do it again. He wasn't sure if he would -- but he was never put in that situation either.
He grinned as she gave him his question. He wasn't exactly sure how to answer it either. He leaned back against the arm of his side of the couch, his head hung over the side as he stared up at the ceiling. "I suppose my kid had cancer doesn't work." It wasn't inventive not really it was a hard truth -- and it was his reality for a long time but it was mostly a joke. And it had been an excuse. "I once told a girlfriend in highschool who I was about to break up with I was washing my hair. Even though I was going out with my friend and his sister who I secretly had a crush on."
He sat up and asked "Truth or Dare?"
Anna's answer surprised him. It was still early but she went for it. "Dare"
"Take a picture of us sitting her under the blanket sipping wine and post it to your most used social, but the caption has to be totally and completely wrong. And you can't explain it until after the storm is over." He grinned. He had an idea of what she might say, but he wasn't going to prompt anything.
