"Hayden might know, but I think now that you have a good life, you have time to think and feel and you know it's okay now to do that. So it's good to hurt. Just don't let it pull you down too far. It's okay to be sad and cry and grieve."

After a short pause of letting Marta feel her feelings Emma spoke softly. "If you want you can tell me about them, maybe it will help you miss them less to talk about what you remember?"
