Kira Valyrios
Kira watched the spar unfold. She was not trained in the blade, but she could tell that as it continued, Shiro was pressing harder. It all happened so fast, and Kira found herself more impressed with how much work the Warders did. Kira trusted Shiro though. He wasn't going to hurt her Warder. Even if he did, Kira could fix it though. Kira kept her Aes Sedai serenity as she watched Ignis - even as the practice sword broke. The spar was coming to an end.
Kira almost lost her calm at the end of the spar. It had all happened so fast, but she understood the implications behind Ignis' move. It was a statement that he would be willing to die protecting her. Kira understood that he had made an oath, but still she hadn't expected this. She hoped it never came to that.
Kira took the coins off of the post in front of them; she had won the bet after all. Shiro had not broken Ignis. The crowd began to disperse and Kira found herself looking around as the pair approached her and Aranea. It was then Kira saw her. Faedre was there, no longer wearing the banded Accepted dress. Tower custom didn't hold them apart anymore, but Kira found herself feeling guilt. She hadn't been here for Faedre's raising. Still, the corner of her lip curved up in a slight smile at seeing Faedre. She moved her head slightly, signaling to the other woman that they could meet a little more privately.
"Something wrong?" Ignis broke her out of her thoughts. He had likely felt her moment of guilt. Light, it was hard to get used to that.
"Everything is fine, Ignis Gaidin," she said, turning to face him briefly. "I have something I need to take care of. It is a private matter. Are you okay with staying here and acclimating yourself with the Warders?" She could feel his own mood shift through the bond. "I will be safe, trust me."
Ignis gave her a nod and she turned to head towards the area she had indicated towards Faedre. In truth, she had missed her friend. Tower custom had prevented them from being friendly after she gained her shawl. Now that barrier wasn't there. She wondered which Ajah Faedre had chosen.
