She was his. He hoped. As they collapsed one final time he let her rest as he drifted off into his own slumber. The time didn't matter, nor did the day and Lucio was content to let her rest as long as she needed.
Lucio roused and ordered a hearty breakfast, pushing their old room service carts into the hall to be carted away by the staff. They had instructions to knock softly and leave the new one outside.
He wheeled it in when it arrived and quietly showered and let his Rachel sleep. Sleep was important, as was sustenance. And he'd make sure she had both.
When she woke she'd find food and Lucio reading quietly in the arm chair waiting for her. "Morning."
