((OoC: sorry for going out of order again - with her rapidly changing emotions and Esper being able to feel them, i wanted to go again ))
Tatyana made her way to a seated position and sat up against the wall where she could see both women. Her anger cooled at the other woman’s words. Fear came back, but it was laced with the sadness of her depression. She hated that her emotions changed so quickly - that’s what the pills were for, but they were with her pack.
The woman started to hum and Tatyana could see a glow around her. She knew there was power within her now. She had read something about people who could use magic. Had that been the reason why the thief had flown across the alley? Did Tatyana have access to that power. She had felt sick like this once, but hadn’t remembered anything like what had happened yesterday. It didn’t matter. If the woman was right, she was dying, and she didn’t want to die. But she couldn’t use it.
”I can see it - like a flame inside of me, but I can’t touch it. Like there’s a wall there blocking me from grasping it.” Tatyana tried again, but she still couldn’t. ”This is why I’m sick? Because I can’t use it?”
