Your DNS entries could be out of whack for your network. I regularly get that when my DNS is messed up on a site that I know is up and running.
You can try flushing your dns and re registering things. If you give me an email address i'll send you a bat file that you can run as an administrator that will do this for you with no typing. I have to run it several times a day cause internal sites at work break *sighs*
If that doesn't work you can check your DNS settings.

However I don't know if that is the correct dns entries 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are google's DNS ips.
