I'm not sure Jay's goals. But Nox is down there so you or your researchers to run tests on him being a channeler and all. A battery of tests you can list them out or run them either way is cool for me. Keep him as long as you want.
Our only thing is to keep Nox and Jay apart for as long as possible.
