[Anna]

Anna got out her finger polish colors. She let a few in her purse in case she wanted to change colors or something. She never thought she’d be using them on Cade though. He came out a few moments later wearing a white t-shirt and an unzipped hoodie. The shirt was too small for him and it was a detail Anna noticed.

She gave him a discerning look with a smirk. ”Nice shirt.” he had kissed her cheek in surprise. She didn't think the small flirt would be bad.

Cade sat down and removed the suit coat and draped it on the couch before refilling their wine glasses. She doubted she would spill any nail polish, but she didn’t want to risk it on his coat. She hadn’t thought to put a shirt on underneath Cade’s dress shirt, a with wearing a black bra it was somewhat noticeable under the shirt. Not indecent, but noticeable. She wasn’t aware of that though. She took a deep drink of her wine and set both glasses down. She took Cade’s hand and began to work.

”Dont recall if I saw any in your closet, but purple is a good color for you. You should get some purple shirts,” she said before answering his question. ”Now that I’m not feeling scared of the storm, it is quite pleasant to just sit and relax. And I can’t complain about the company.” she said, meeting his eyes briefly as she gave him a smile. ”So I would say that yeah - a part of me is glad.”

She finished his first hand and blew gently on his nails to assist with the drying before grabbing his second hand. It was her turn to ask and he chose a dare again. She hummed a bit in thought as she tried to think. He wallet buzzed. It had been buzzing quite frequently since she had posted the picture. It was likely people trying to figure out what was going on. Everyone was stuck in and bored. So there was a lot going of scrolling going on. That gave her an idea though.

”Since you kissed my cheek earlier, the other one has been feeling a little left out. I think you should correct that.” she finished his second hand hand began to blow gently on his nails.

It was intimate. It was nice. He watched her fingers paint his. She flirted. It was nice. He couldn't remember the last time he'd felt this way with anyone other than his wife.

It was dangerous and there was more. Her dare pushed it even more into dangerous territory. A kiss -- another one. This one on purpose. The other one had been impulsive a silly picture to share..

He didn't want to smudge his nails so he stood up and then knelt down in front of her and leaned in to kiss her other cheek. She smelled good -- looked good in his shirt even as it was crooked. He didn't think about it as he leaned in again and kissed her gently. It had been a long time

Cade stood and knelt before Anna. He didn’t speak. He just leaned in and pressed a kiss to her cheek. Then another gently on her lips. Her hand came up automatically and rested on his cheek, her fingers underneath his ear and around the back of his neck. She applied pressure - not enough to force the kiss, but enough to show that it was welcome.

The kiss released and she looked into his eyes. There was a light smile on her face. Her hand stayed on his face. She had liked it very much. She had wanted it and until that moment, she hadn’t even known how much she had wanted it. Anna liked sex and had no problem with casual sex. She had opportunities since meeting Cade, but she had never acted. Never had wanted to. It had been the same with kissing - at least kissing like this. She just hadn’t wanted to. She had missed it.

Even with her enjoyment, she knew the gravity of what had just happened. She understood the big step Cade had just taken. When she spoke, her voice was filled with compassion. ”Are you okay? And please be honest.” Her hand was still on his face and she wanted nothing more than to pull him closer and kiss again, but she wouldn’t push. She had promised.

Cade nodded. He was okay -- at least for now. He moved closer and put hand on her face and leaned in and kissed her again. This time it wasn't tentative, it was more exploring, more passion. He needed it like he needed air.

He pulled back just a little and whispered. "I'm good. I want this." He pulled her closer and kissed her. "I haven't done this since... I might be rusty." He laughed as he stood up and offered her a hand. "Might be warmer in the bedroom?"

Anna was glad Cade was okay and that he wanted this. She wanted this too, but not unless he did. He kissed her again with more passion, and then one more time before asking if they should go to the bedroom. Anna was keen for that. She slipped off the shoes she was wearing. It wasn't easy to walk in them. She was still wearing his shirt (buttons crooked) and pants (backwards). The pants were uncomfortable, but she didn't want to push too hard to take them off in front of him. It would be better to ease into this.

She took Cade's hand and allowed him to lead her into the bedroom. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pressed her lips to hers, gentle but not tentative. "No worries about being rusty. We can work through that."

Anna pressed her body against his and ran her hand through her hair before she pulled his head to her. She kissed him with passion closing her eyes and drinking him in. She had waited long for this.

Cade wasn't in a hurry. But pants backwards were uncomfortable. He unfastened them so Anna could step out and undid the belt before he sat down on the bed and kicked off his shoes. and pulled the hoodie and shirt off over his head. There was no hesitation as he pulled Anna close and let his hands find her skin.

He wasn't in a hurry and it had been a long time since he'd been weith a woman other than his wife.

More clothes started to come off.

Cade made many of the first moves. She followed his lead, ready to stop if he said to. She knew this was probably difficult for him, but they both wanted it. He removed her pants (something she was grateful for for many reasons). Then it was all kisses and sex. It had been a long time for Anna. It had been even longer for Cade. They lost themselves in the moment.

Anna kissed him and then lay next to him as they finished. There had been nothing tonight that she had expected. She had only planned to help him get some stuff for his apartment. Dinner, a snowstorm and a game of truth or dare had been far from her mind. Sex hadn't even been in her thoughts today - not until things started to get steamier.

But her thoughts were on Cade in a different way now. He had said he had wanted this. She believed that he had, but she hoped he had also been ready for it. Sex had been fun. It had felt good. Cade had pleased her and she hoped she had done the same for him. She turned on her side to face him, and gave an encouraging smile. "How are you feeling?" She hoped he was feeling okay - that he wasn't upset because she had been the first since his wife had passed.

There was no guilt. No raw thoughts. It was just him and Anna. He didn't call out the wrong name, or do anything stupid and he hadn't been as rusty as he thought. She was beautiful and she moved like a goddess -- he was in awe as he came down from the natural high of his climax. She lay next to him panting just as heavily. He didn't regret it, at least not yet. He knew once the endorphines were gone things would change. When he was asked if he was alright he nodded, he could go with a bunch of medical jargon but he didn't. "The endorphins will wear off, but right now I'm good. Ask me again in an hour."

Though he didn't want to lose the high either, it had been a while. "Though we might want to go again before that happens." He grinned playfully. "A little sex additction can go along way after a drought." he teased -- himself mostly he had no idea what Anna's sex life looked like. But it had been a while for him -- he couldn't even remember the last time he and Laney had sex -- they'd been so busy with Jackson they had so little time for them. Probably part of the whole downfall of his wife.

The thoughts made him feel a little guilty but he knew he'd done nothing wrong. He inched closer to Anna and smiled. "Tell me something you've told no one else."

[Anna]

Anna gave him a smile and turned on to her side, pulling herself even closer to him. Cade was fine for now. He mentioned the endorphins wearing down and she understood what he meant by that. His mood might change after that happened. She could be there for him if he would allow it. She let out a laugh though as he mentioned a second round. She was certainly game.

Anna put her arm around his abdomen and nestled into his shoulder. She was still breathing heavily. They had both really let themselves go. ”You said you were rusty. Well I’m quite pleased with your performance. I’d be good for a second round.”

Secrets - he wanted to know one of her secrets. ”Hmmm…I don’t know,” she contemplated. It was hard to think as she came down from the high of climax. ”Well, when I auditioned for Julliard I used magic for the first time. I was nervous and used it to help keep my balance. Technically I cheated at my audition. Don’t tell them - I don’t want to lose my degree.” she placed a kiss on his cheek. She didn’t think he would tell anyone, and it wasn’t like she did it on purpose.
