To be a dick, I'd like to point out that the greater moscow & golden ring board gets a lot of traffic compared to the others. Could we separate the board out somehow into other divisions to help spread the traffic?
For instance:
Inner-city
Moscow City (the business district)
Red light district (already have that one)
Golden ring (suburbs)
Whatever else I'm not thinking of?

Well... i wanted to start of in the outskirts of Moscow. don't know how long Panteni's going to stay there so i'll just post in Moscow.
But this sounds like a good idea... Will keep things a bit clear
