The wallet made a soft bleeping in his ear, warning of the battery's draining - though for now the connection held. A smile hitched Soren's lips as at last something useful came of the conversation. He valued loyalty - the whole reason he was even down here - and had helped Grey's daughter in the past, but the task now held little interest. He saw no reason to be personally involved if he could instead nudge another piece on the board. He slipped his own Wallet from a pocket. "Excellent. Sending details to you now."
Insofar as he even had, which was to say the coordinates of the abandoned phone beneath the club. "I believe she listened to your message. Alas, the phone is here and she is not -- and it's quite insalubrious down here. I doubt she just went for a stroll."

Well. That was easy. At least, easier than he expected given the oh-so-friendly voice on the other end of the line. A brief acceptance code and the correspondence loaded on his Wallet.

Once the call ended, Jay stopped to explain what was going on to a rightfully confused Jared.

"Natalie is missing."
He showed Jared the source of the man that had her Wallet. She was Jared's friend too, but once they were at surface level, he offered his fellow Legionnaire the chance to return to the company. They would both be expected to return soon.

Jay goofed around a bit with his words and to be honest, Jared had expected it. If he kept on going, Jared would use some magic on him - nothing bad - just some fun little tricks to motivate him. Jay soon calmed down, however, and that was unnecessary.

Jay didn't seem like the mediating type, so Jared had expected to have to guide him more, but he was quick on the uptake. Jay's breathing fell into a rhythm. Then he had it. Jared felt the ominous presence before he saw the look of recognition on Jay's face.

Jay asked about what to do now, but before Jared could answer, the feeling went away as Jay's wallet rang. They would have to work on distractions soon.

Jared watched, reading body language as much as words. Something was wrong. Very wrong. Jared waited patiently for the call to end.

Natalie was missing. Jay showed Jared the wallet, at the very least gaining the coordinates to where her wallet was found. "Didn't seem the friendly type? Think it's a trap? Regardless, I'll go with you and help you find her."

"Definitely the friendly type. We're going to be BFF's after this, I just know it."
He smirked at Jared, showed him the map and led the way.
